**Update**

Resprayed the back bumper, headlight surrounds and grill Black and replaced the tape that was on the FL Door and drivers side guard with green tape (door is quite rusted).

I have another door, but I need to paint it.

+ Sold the Hotwires (which I kinda regret)

+ Took the old blanket out of the back, and replaced it with an even older crochet blanket

+ Back seat was a bit rooted, so have covered it in some lush sheepskin

+ Had the points, condenser and timing done, and the leads;plugs and air filter replaced

*Plans*

+ Dylann's Enkeis

+ Lowered

+ Exhaust manifold has a leak, so need to replace the gasket

+ Get the rust fixed on the drivers side, and also fix the drivers side pillar (has a nice dent in it somehow)

+ Woodgrain steering wheel

Thanks for reading.

+ Dylann's Enkeis (check)

Picked them up today.

Plan is to chuck my 155's on them for a nice streched look (as below)

Next up,

+ Exhaust manifold has a leak, so need to replace the gasket

Wish me luck.

+ Exhaust manifold has a leak, so need to replace the gasket. (fixed/checked)

Finally discovered the cause of the "mysterious ticking noise", it was the gasket.

It had fully cracked so got that shit fixed.

Next (i hope),

+ Get the rust fixed on the drivers side, and also fix the drivers side pillar (has a nice dent in it somehow)

Sounds pricey.

**Update**

Sooo0ooo0ooo... potential blown head gasket/cracked head.

Mechanic didn't actually take the head off and have a look, but wanted to charge me $1500.

Got hold of another mechanic up the road, says he will do it for free if I can get the parts.

Radiator is poked, so trying to suss another one (any ideas on an upgrade?)

Also installed a single 4" speaker in the front (want to keep the door cards unmolested)

Alrighty, so the cars running and currently sitting like this,

thanks to this.

So, got a spare radiator fan and hooked it up, didnt work.

Which leads me to believe that the relay has pooped itself.

Also, thought I would share what I accomplished in Photoshop.

This is what happens when you think you can drift.

Went to Brugar Engineering to and got a quote of $160.

On the plus side, got my parcel tray wrapped in sheep wool, yay!

**Update**

+ Lowered: Check!

+ Get the rust fixed on the drivers side: Check!

So, thanks to Johnny (kiwi808) and the boys out at Repco this weekend, we managed to get the fender mirrors on.

Also, popped some new springs in the beast, so it's sitting about 50mm lower.

Currently the backs are un-captive and the fronts are just captive.

Getting shocks shortened tomorrow, so should be looking a bit like this.

**Update**

Alright, so we're back on hotwires.

IMG_0059.jpg

13x7 with 185/60/13's all round

Had to work on the rears gaurds to stop the scrapping.

Gave them a nice polish with some Autosol, came out sooo nice.

Before:

IMG_0057.jpg

After:

IMG_0056.jpg

So no need for spacers, cause the gaurds are pretty much all filled out.

IMG_0058.jpg

Can only just get the tip of my shoe in there.

Also, Gillmers fitted!

Here's a video.
