Llama Posted October 16, 2011 Share Posted October 16, 2011 Just replace the throttle cable on my HS4s, have a few questions: 1) Is regular grease ok to lube the cable with? 2) On attached pic, the red circle indicates where the cable assembly moves the throttle. However the cable end is too small to fit evenly into the circled notch. It is meant to be like that? It means I get a bit of travel in the pedal without it actually doing anything, which is rather annoying (I didn't notice before as I only had 1 of 3 throttle springs, and most of the time had to pull the pedal back with my foot.
