Picked up this off trade me a couple of weeks ago for a song. Rego on hold, WOF expired last june. 12r 1600 power pack with 4 speed colum shift. just needs some panel and paint done to it for a warrant. Its put the escort back a bit further but couldnt help my self.

runs like a dream. done a bit already, not much exciting tho, just cuttin out the cancer.

almost forgot about this thread wellafter a few nights out in the garage i got the rust chopped out and new steel welded in. didnt take any pics though had to rebuild the passenger door and guard, the drivers side door by the mirror,and guard, and weld some patches in the fire wall and roughly slapped some bog on her. got it in primer the other night after a mint deal on paint from a mate, ultra gloss white.

gave it a paint last night, nice n cold and it still came out super shiny started puttin it back together tonight, i maybe slow but im rough gonna give the deck a tidy this weekend if i get time then back onto the escort.

got a new WOF and Rego yesterday. Had to do a few minor things, rear spring shackle bushings, centre driveshaft bearing, intermittent horn and tail lights to white. also the fella i get my hilux parts off said "i had just the thing for you, an RN25 hilux was just dropped off, but i had no where to put it so sold it to SIMS, if you shoot round there they might still have it" thought i was in business and raced down the road, as murphys law would have it when i asked where it was it just happened to be the next car out of the crusher in the form of a little cube nothing lost nothing gained i guess

back onto the escort then, finish that then maybe lexus in this.
