Insani-T
Dont have much to say about it at this stage, it has no motor or gearbox and needs plenty of panel beating. Anyone know someone with a good gaurd? Or a solid rear end I can steal the beaver panel from? Here are a couple of pictures
Insani-T
Right so after several chats with the old man, we have decided that probably going to stick a 186 with a 3 speed box in it. The car was column change manual, so unsure if we going to go auto or try source a column change box. Also will be looking at this wheel option And this colour for a respray, with a white top. This is just the colour we will be basing the custom colour off, the actual green I am after is a bit lighter then this to match the seats. Edit: Also started cleaning up the boot, but will take photos of that when I finish it and the floor.

Insani-T
Wanted to feel like I had done something on the car this weekend, so I took the front apart to inspect the damage. Not too bad, little bit of rust work required under the windscreen on the passengers side. Also removed the old door rubbers, and brought its powerhouse off trademe. A good old 179 with 3 speed crash box.
Insani-T
No pictures this update. Brought new engine and gearbox, when I say new I mean needs a rebuild. Good old 179 red motor and 3 speed crash box. Engine bay is pretty much paint free now, needs a sand back and then a coat of black. Sorted out some panel steel too, but still waiting on the price for the stuff.
Insani-T
Purchased an EH front end - means dont need to modify the EJ front end to suit engine. Got the panel steel for free - score About to win an auction for a sweet replacement back door And my POR15 is ordered, should have that next week. Photos over the weekend of front end I am hoping.
