cheers guys. i have got all the bits reday to go and thought someome might have done this bfore. things im unsure about are the wires going to the auto, 1 will be reverse light and the others for the inhibitor switch?also is the drive shaft the same legnth. i didnt think the tunnels were that diffrent in the cortinas.? and theres nothing on the papers saying its auto so may get away without cert as all bits are bolt on as per factory. the other thing is coz the starter moter is on the other side can i tap into the loom on passengers side because i dont really want to run wires under the moter or around the fire wall if i can help it. i am not a moron just havent done anything like this for about 9 years and just getting a feel for things again

Hi i have a 75 mk3 cortina all origanal, one small problem is its auto. 2 questions. first would it change the value if i changed to a manual. 2nd any advice or tips for doing this conversion. cheers
