i have some rx7 front springs $20
-
You can get around it by drilling your lower arm so that it sits out further and corrects camber
-
Anyone on here had experience with shocks and bushes etc for a mazda 626? I'm getting some springs made up so no need for those.
Any part numbers from other makes & models match the dimensions as a shorter shock? Could save me some machining costs if there is.
Also finding pitman arm / idler arms , front bushes etc is proving to be a bit tricky.
Anyone in the trade and doesn't mind searching around that'd be sweet.
Would rather get all the parts from one place in one order, rather than 3-4 different part suppliers if possible
for some reason i think early rx7 front stuff bolts into these(like 323s etc) and seem a good amount lower

That's what I'm thinking. They have to be better then welding up rotten floors with patches

Good to hear. For the price I assume their will be some mucking around.
Looks like I might pull finger and but them

I have a prolift one, seems ok for the price i think i got it for like $99 or something stupid.
i think it might need a seal or something as it has to be quite tight to stop gently sinking making it a bit of a hassle undoing it just right when trying to gently release it with one hand or whatever - woops bang! Was fine when it was new, and ive only just started to notice this.
I have thrashed it pretty solidly and had it for 3-4 years maybe.
improvements - be nice if it was a bit lower profile, the lift is not 'fast' but is also easy to pump up, and i would like some sort of slightly rubbery wheel covers for my shitty concrete floor/noise, and someone to fix the seal thing so its easy to lock/release.
i have one with the same issue but mines only 1 year old, its freaking annoying

Mitch, have you by any chance got a spare Mk I Golf fuel tank?
My car has one that has been stabbed and drained.
you need the one from his red golf as injected tanks are different to carb ones

Not trying to shit on your parade but mine's the bloody opposite. I got 3 spare garages but no cars to go in them.. Move to Whangarei I'll help you out.
Man I'd just hit him up and be realistic. Tell him it's your baby and you spend all your time on it. You ain' gonna f*ck up his garage and if you do you'll fix it. I dunno.
wanna rent out some shed space?
