Mate, that would rock as the one in it is a little agricultural!

OK Basically I was wondering about who to talk to about widening some steel rims for an Anglia.
I only want them 25mm wider than std, so I dont have to cut wheel arches etc.
The Lotus rim look looks awesome.
OR If you have a set of the above for an anglia that you dont want need (esp if you are in chch) please let me know.
Is this even legal?

Well after purchasing a full set (6) wheel cylinders. it appears I dont need any of them them.
Valiant came round and worked his magic and the flare collar (I thinkk thats what he called it), - the lille threaded bit that locks the brake line into the master cylinder had slogged out.
Getting a new one turned up this week! Then it will be sweetness and kittens!
I got the front indicators installed and wired in yesterday. The back valance panel and bumper is mounted now as is the grille on the front.
She looks much happier now.
edit.. I forgot to say what a GC Valiant is. Thanks boss!

I am planning a winter solstice spearfishing trip..
If I get some crays we could hookup and you could cook my lunch for me
edit.. Just realised that the solstice is this month.. will not be there, but maybe over the summer we could do this

How do you stop?

To be honest, I did not know what to expect when I looked at the title of your build, but I was pleasantly surprised, then impressed, then gobsmacked.
What an amazing job you have done on that truck!
-
OK Valiant I will. I brought some new wheel cylinders today for the box.. just incase
-
www.105speed.com these guys have done everything to an Anglia you can imagine

I had that issue in my mondeo. The relay for the thermostatically activated fan was shot.
2 ways to fix it
1) Replace relay
2) When temp gets up turn on Air con as this turns the fan on.
I did option 2 as I hated the mondeo.

planning on do upgrades on my big powerfull standard 997cc engine once body work is finished.
you got a build thread?
-
cheers boss, will keep an eye out for some mk2 cortina struts then.
I dont want to drop her more than 2 inches, 1 or 1 1/2 will be heaps as I dont wanna go cutting the arches etc.
-
OK you better come to the anglia lunch then boss
-
if you are planning something not involving Mk2 struts I would be keen to buy em off ya in the future.
Still running std struts on mine at the moment.
What is the ride height like with std Mk2 struts?
