Small ford one would be aws
Mk1/mk2 escort, cortina, anglia, capri
+1 would be keen on a British ford one

I think in the future things like a mint condition r32 coupe will be worth some good money. But they are still gay

small world yeh, I wonder colin slade would remeber me, pretty sure he was in my year.
I know a colin slade. He used to drive an escort back in the day...
-
Kind of related. I have a mk2 cortina with only two seat belts in front, none in back. Can I rock three people in the front since its a bench seat? ie have six people in car?
-
I seriously loved this car with the steels.
Those wheels are cool but just not the same

I think in the last couple of years of production all models came with square headlight iirc.
Nope...my 81 van and 80 sport are both factory round...
My bad, checked wikipedia says that in 78 the L models all gained square lights. I just assumed that all of them did.

rear an article somewhere on a guy who imported a car himself, was a fucking mission, he had to spend heaps getting a family name stamp made up (thats how they sign shit over there) and then pay for a car park for it which was heaps, then rego which was 3.5k for 2 years (he was gonna drive it around japan for a little while)
Was in nzpc and was an ae86 iirc.

What does too low mean???

Never actually relised it was concrete lol. Is a shame its gone though

Over prived imo. I sold my e30 coupe for $4200 a couple of months ago. Was a tidy manual and had a hot 2.7l in it.

Templeton panel beaters did my uncles kingswood and a mates old mans zephyr. Seem pretty good and Im pretty sure they would be insurance guaranteed.

Any one heard about this. Seems stupid to me and would have the potential to really get some people in the shit if they where selling a rusty old car and didnt state aiwi...
-
Dont judge me Im a poor student
-
Kind of on topic. I broke my key today and got two more cut and they charged me $26. Seemed abit steep to me?
-
I dont get why a car like that would get stolen. There would be no market for stolen mk1 cortina parts and its not like theres an abundance of maroon parts on trademe to blend in with. If it was some rangi gunmetal grey r32 i could see why but a cortina wtf!!

thurs 2 weeks ago driving along at 80kph and last minute a 60 year old lady turned right into a sire street from the oncoming lane, hit half way between a head on and a t bone. torn tenden in my left hand, broken nose with 20 stitches (belt didnt lock up) and 2 weeks off work later here we are
Torn tenden is a cunt of an injury ae. Did one in my finger last year had to have an operation to fix it. 3 month recovery as well

Yea I meant auctions where you dont know the reserve. Just let people know what you want for it and know one has to fuck around guessing or asking stupid questions.
-
That little seat in the back is awsome.
-
Personally auctions with the starting bid fuck me off and for a car like that thats not that hard to find would probably put me off finding out more about/ potentially bidding on it. But thats just me
Snow oldschool pics?
