  5. yea but wats the problem with cutting them and captivating them?? basically the same as having kings in there really i wud never cut springs and leave them flopping around.. im gonna do mine peoperly anyway, springs and shocks make up, and shoren shocks.. extra leaf in the springs at the back and reset them
  6. Having a bit of trouble deciding how to lower it now though.. dont know whether to get springs made or just cut mine.. and for the back 3" blocks? or reset leaf and make it stiffer with 2" blocks? I just do not know..
  7. Autolign, Carbine rd, Mt Welly ask for Ian edit: cant be arsed going back trough the jizz but you will either find a shorter shock from another car with same mounting style or shorten your own one. Ian will sort you either way Sweet man, thanks, might give that 1 a go

I have decided that while the centre console panel is out, im gonna make everything look nice and neat again, so i scraped all the crap off the switch panel, and gave it a coat of "satin black", cant decide what to cover the little gaps with though? I was thinking of black Duraseal or that stick on carbon fibre shit.. just so it looks a little tidier than massive gaps? Thoughts? _____________________________________________ I also came across the muffler i got ages ago, to go with my 3" straight through exhaust ..Yeah right (maybe one day)

So i was just thinking today, that i MUST get a new steeringwheel and boss kit whenever i can cause the old bus sized wheel doesnt cut it for me ..i lost a trademe auciton overnight by 1 cent on a new wheel And i need to sort out the bumper, cause the longer i leave it, the worse its gonna get.. Pm me if you know how to repair it? ive tried everything, clr, sanding it, etc.. still looks fucked.. it goes away with a sand but comes back in 2 days Any ideas?
  14. I took out the centre console and forgot to put the gearstick boot back on (ffs) and with an exhaust leak, its not only warm and loud without it, but also the exhaust fumes come up into the car and gas anyone in it haha

I had to take the centre console out to get to the wiring, because for some reason, when i brake, the right front dip light also comes on, and when the headlightes are on, that same light goes dull whereas the left one is normal.. and when I brake the panel lights shine lol, then when its night and i have the interior lights on and i brake, the more i press the brake, the more the lights on the inside shine lol.. so i had to take the panel out. ...and in doing so my panel switch came apart I lost a little piece inside it so if anyone has one id like a replacements please

  20. what is the problem in wiring stuff to the battery negative when it says engine ground? is there a difference?
  21. yeah it has a ground wire, a coil wire, a power wire and a lighting wire
  22. also called a stop tube? or are they just those little rubber bushes?
  23. ah yep. still got a few people who might have a standard one before i have to go and do stuff like that so i'll see how they turn out
