I have a 67 Anglia and wish to make mods to the front suspension and fit disc brakes. I have heard that I could fit a mk2 escort cross member and all other suspension bits. Is this possible.

I am a new member and are just starting on my project 67 Anglia and require some help. I plan to fit a cortina 1500 engine if I can find one with a 1600 cortina gearbox. I would also like to change the front struts to get disc brakes. Can any one help me by supplying information with what struts to use and what other parts I may need to change. Also any problems I may have with the engine transplant. I have extractors and an aftermarket manifold with a double barrell carb to fit.
