Yes it was an earth fault on the back light, the more i clean the connection the faster the flash was, thanks for you help, hope to get it out after years in the shed mk1 1300 sport

Hi All I have a issue with one of my indicators, when i turn one side on the indicators just stay on with no clicking sound coming from the flasher unit, the other side works fine and i can hear the flasher unit clicking so i guess the flasher unit is ok and there is only one which does both lights? the car itself has done about 30km since its last WOF which was 3 years ago so i guess it could be corrosion from being sat in the garage both bulbs are ok
