And yet they never mention skill, technique, those matched with respect and thoughtfulness go a very long way. NZers are horrendous drivers as the average. Very poor standards. Cereal box license system.

Still, Fuck that.
You must spend hours just doing simple shit, messing around with scissor jacks.- 1

Bit hard to know tbh. They're getting a hammering with the grid racing I'm doing at the moment.
I reckon at least 8. At Taupo it's all about rotating the tyres to get the life out of them, huge wear differential around the car.
You can do a huge number of laps at a track day is all.
My current set has done 3 Dual Sprint days and 9 - 6 Lap races and 3 Qualifying Sessions.
Still got plenty of life left if I manage them.

I'm sure that would've occured frequently whilst you were"mowing" our lawns...

If it had Airbags, yeah and a roll cage
extension from MSNZ.

If you make it road legal, you could drive to club events, hillclimbs and Sprints etc. Might encourage a little more use??
Being race class legal is quite handy, can always use it in clubman's racing also...

Kytelers definitely correct. So Seedy you have been misled. Probably as a matter of ignorance...

It is your fault. Only you can decide your personal taste...
But a Toyota civic it most certainly is...

Updated.
That's a big step between Track 2 times Keegan. Both with the new NSD mod?
Both with new NSD Mod. Didn't actually get alot of seat time during the previous weekends test day, had a few niggling issues with gearshift and clutch master.
I settled in and dropped a bit more time and then last run of the day I put the new set of R888's on. They appear to be worth 0.9 Secs over the old set.
Cars going well still a few more chassis tuning changes I want to try next time out. A bit extra HP wouldn't go astray, having AE82 Corollas pulling away down the Track 1 straight is mildly disheartening.

That really is a crazy difference road tyre to road tyre. Be interesting to see where you end up at Taupo. 2.7 Secs is massive.
Interestingly all of my changes have incurred a greater effect at Hampton rather than Taupo. I would've thought it would be the opposite... Might be driving technique (or lack of) related...

Anything from early 2000s onwards use O2 sensors pretty much continuously...

Also 02 sensors are incredibly important, if you removed it it would just max out the fuel trim and run rich all the time. Potentially up to 11:1 AFR and use all the petrols... Pretty much anything from 1990 onwards actually use their 02 sensors alot for idle and light to mid throttle driving...

Tell me how one becomes a contract driver...

What you talking about, that side pipe is ideal. It's also still there. Just with mufflers...
-
Keen for this also, my exhaust is much quieter than the last GP Trackday so hopefully I won't be as much of nuisance...

Ricciardo and Vettel definitely drew the short straw. Bit shit really.
Won't read anymore into it but Verstappen will now be a permanent Redbull driver and most probably Redbulls next World Champion...
My prediction is that Kvyat will finish his contract and then be replaced at Redbull, he knows whats coming....
The road toll has gone up........again

Probably explains the large public awareness campaigns relating to depression.
