Also if you fold the back seat down in a VX Holden wagon you can fit a full sheet of mdf flat between the wheel wells. Tailgate and window up nice and protected from weather. So that's always another option.

tipper would cool, but over rated, and the inner Barry will not want to pay the extra cost for something mostly only Firewood merchants' use, there's a trick you can do with a big tarp to make unloading awkward garden waste easier

Hosted by the Hawke's Bay British & European Car Club Inc.
Wheels on Windsor14 March 2021
Our car show Wheels on Windsor is held on the second Sunday of March each year. The show is held at Windsor Park, Grove Road, Hastings. The weekend starts with a country run on the Saturday afternoon, followed by dinner at the seaside. Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, each year we are able to give many prizes away on the day in the form of spot prizes and category prizes. In 2016, we had our biggest show day ever, with over 360 beautiful vehicles of all shapes and sizes on display.
Everyone is welcome.

it was always a colloquialism or slang
they are VW1500's / Types #'s etc (or similar notation that I will be corrected shortly on)

Also, an E-prefix before a chassis code is usually a Japan emissions standard. After E, Japanese cars were prefixed GF, then GH, etc. etc. E came about in 1978 or so I think, even my KP is E-KP61 as it had all the gubbins associated to meet the standard.
now that explains the E- on Subaru ID Tag's too thanks! his thread delivers
