  1. good buy dude, it costed me about $700 to do my conversion but thats with a brand new clutch. You can experiance the real power of a 1geu with a manuel hahaha

    Is it me or does it look like the axles on that car has been shortened to fit that much dish because my mk2s arnt that wide and they stick out the guards more then that rim

  2. Spot welds will be alot stronger than rivits. Either way you need to check with WOF man as its 100% up to him.

    RyanFells, just make sure it is covered up, WOF guys arnt allowed to move shit in your car. If they suspect something is wrong then they can ask but thats bout it. Make sure it is covered from both inside boot and inside cabind.

  3. with torsens ( especially the truetrac ones) the f series diffs have stood up to 2jz's for ages so should be ok. w55 could get sad if your an animal on it, this thing will be a handfull

    I know, and im going to running 15"s to :s

    I like to think im ginger with with my feet but the 1st few months will tell

    Ill just use my w55 thats in the car and chuck the niteb bell and fly on. will just have to be careful to not go dumping the clutch and shit as i doubt the gearbox or rear end will hold up to well

    Purchased a sweet supercharged ae92 to use for a daily, was a mint deal.

    I have been looking at a few different 1jzs, deciding which was the best deal. But then this turned up :D

    its a complete 2jzgte out of a 1994 aristo. Has done 110,000kms. Also comes with the auto box, intercooler and piping

    has burnt a big hole in my pocket, even if it was a steal. So dont expect to much in updates for a few weeks.

    Still has to come from japan anyway so it will give me time to save for other stuff to

  9. ok, time to do some more shit to this thing

    When i first brought the car, the plan was to just play around with the exterior and interior and leave the engine alone. aslong, as it was reliable, i would put up with the crap power.

    But after the computer fucking out on me 6hrs up north, that was the final straw so ive decided to put in what i should have done from the start...... 1jzgte

    have gone and brought myself a niteb jz-w bellhousing and fly, 550hp external walbro and some RCAs to get rid of my bump steer

    i am keeping an eye out for a cheapish complete motor but have found i can probably get a complete VVTI engine out of a JZX100 delivered from japan for ruffly the same price so i have my guy over there currently sorting out a few options. That shouldnt be more then a few weeks away ether.

    Also brought a pair of 15x7 0+- SSR mk2s of davey (glancn) to complete my set which im totally over the moon about!
