I think i have some 71 calipers in the shed. They are quite heavy so shipping wont be cheap
-
yep thats right.
however, chassis rails are not normally a wear and tear item haha. so certifying a car like that would result in trouble eventually.
i certed a cressida at 50mm not long after i started because i couldnt find a reason in the rule book at the time why it couldnt be that low (scrub line, travel etc all ok) but did end up with a lot of b/s from wof inspectors moaning about it, a cop rang me and asked why i certed it so low, etc...its not worth the hassle trying to justify or prove that its still safe when it probably isnt due to reasons mentioned above.
Off topic but was that marks black cressida. That thing was silly low

gx fronts would fit but would it screw it up the height having a 1s (4cly)? less weight on the front? no one knows the stock spring rates for an sx for some reason
yea but your getting ajustable height coilovers then you can fix that.
You need to get MX73 BCs, they will fit

Oh hi Andrew! I did not know you were going down the 6 speed route. Are those adapter kits cheap?
-
ive always managed to sell nice Jap extractors for $150
-
What am i missing here? Why has the front changed?
-
swaps for a ruff running celica?
-
Yup, i like Steves idea. You may have to pump the rafter size up 50mm and cost a little extra but you will make that back in not having to do extra fixings
-
Why do you need to brace it back to the container? High wind zone isnt that bad, most places these days are made to a High wind zone
-
Did the plans show that the roof wasnt connected to the container?
-
Hopefully this works
JZ to GX61/GX71/MA61/MZ10 (possibly more models but these are the ones ive seen work)
It seems this link might have gone dead but i just found a site with some DXF files for the same design mounts.

because frankly, having to drive an hour every time sucks dick.
You wouldnt last a second in Auckland

You need to capture the container using a pokeball then just release it again on the site.
Easy peasy
