Mite look at the starion conversion tho alot of people some to do it on there ex lancers. You wouldnt happen to have any spare parts you would sell? i really need a rear bumper and bonnet

Just getting the body ready for paint but im not to sure on weather to go for a matte or gloss finish. Matte body probably match the gloss engine bay. I duno can any one help me out?

What Sorter lift pump are you using? is it a carter 4070? do you have to use a in tank fuel pump or not? Cheers

after abit of fucking around this week pull unneeded parts and stuff of the engine i bought i decided to drop it in and see if it will fit and what not.

hey kev, ke and lowlancer i know all you guys have and are build 4g63t lancers. and i was just wondering if i use a 1600 xmember with 2lt engine mounts the engine should bolt up right? is there anything in the engine bay that ill need to modify for the engine to go in? im just putting a n/a dohc 4g63 in. because i want to go ahead and start painting the engine bay, but i dont want to find i have to cut or weld anything after ive painted it and fuck the paint. oh and while ive got the car pretty much fully stripped out i wona replace all the bushes and shit where would the best place be to go bout buying some? Any help that you guys or anyone else that is doing this sorter conversion can give me would be gladly appreciated Cheers

Hey guys ive been searching some time now for a nice 4g63 dohc engine turbo or n/a and still havent really found anything good that is close to where i live. If anyone knows where i can get a good complete engine with loom and computer that is close to tauranga and also manual could ya let me know. Cheers.

Yeah for my first project some of the rust in is a bit hard to fix. Lets just hope i get it all to standard. yeh i seen that man but isnt it down south? i got a mate thats gona do all my wiring for a hundy any ways. So i think ill pass on a carbie motor. Oh and as for n/a or turbo i think ill go n/a coz im not to sure on going bout getting it certed. weather i have to upgrade things like strauts and brakes. Can anyone help me with that. Fuk id love to go strip that lancer for parts but i live in Tauranga. If any one can get me a bonnet and rear bumper ill gladly pay them for it and to be shipped to tauranga.

Um the plan is to fix all the rust and panel and paint it. i got this green in mine, a gun metal grey or possibly a light blue. I wona sell the mags i got on it now and get some old 14's with some real nice dish on them. this is green is the green im thinking bout. what you think? and this is the blue. to me its kinda boring and pretty comman. and i was think some wheels kinda like whats on this car too.

So ive got most the week off so decided to get started on some more rust. This is what i manage to fix today. As you can see one of the many rusty spots full of bog Right hand side So i started to cut out the rust.. but to find dirt and large lumps of bog Left hand side

Yeah true. When i said ill spend tomorrow fixing the rest i meant the rest of what i started. I spent like 5hrs fixing one patch. Ill have some pics up in the next half hour

Hey i brought this car a few months back . The thing is is full of rust and massive dents that the previous owner just covered in bog. Im just currently sanding back and fixing the rust in the engine bay and painting it. Also setting it up to have a dohc 4g63 put in it.
