have a sedan grill but would have to make new mounts for it which isnt a prob. I dig the ute/coupe one piece tbh.

Also got a coupe badge to put on but i put it on and it looked rude as dont know how that worked but digging the ute one at the mo lol.

Heres a before/during and after of the panel:

As you can see the panel was stretched to hell and there was rust in the bottom sillish part and also in the top of

the pillar which all got cut out and replaced. It has been primered and a green dust so its realy for paint when the

rest is done.

I spent forever looking for a decent panelbeater in auckland to correct previous owners bog attack on my wagons

rear quarter panel. I found a few places that do "restoration" and thought shit theyll be reaming me to do what i want.

And after enquiring to them, yes, reaming was on the cards.

So i kept looking and blow me down i found a goodun! Stoked because its close to where i live to. Its Bute collision repair

in Browns Bay on the shore. I was a little be skeptical on the "collision" repair part as most of these kinda shops these days

dont want to even see the kind of work i was going to be supplying. Anyway when i first went in and had a look at the

guys shop i was plesantly suprised to see an rx3 getting some major rust repairs (whole new roof etc etc), some old holden getting some

more as well as a few others. I liked what i saw so got Neville (the owner) to come and check out my wagon

and give me a quote. Stoked, so i trailered the bitch down there and he got onto it quick smart.

Shit loads of shrinking the warped metal and banging her out im left with a mint rear quarter panel and a smile on my face.

So stoked its finally been done properly Going to get him to do a few more things onto it so i have a mint shell.

I had a yarn to ol Neville and it seems that hes really keen to do more of this kind of work as most of the crap he gets in

there is new metal. SO here i am, telling you OSer's about a GC that does mean work and is enthusiastic.

Try injector cleaner from repco, usually does the trick.

although you're probably better off removing tanlk and flushing

Even has some photos of the manifold. Look like they are a viable option for sure. Whilst looking at bikes ive seen what look to be the same CVK Keihin carbs on a few hondas etc.
