Been working heaps at the moe so havnt had a chance to update my page, have since fully complete, apart from re-doing the two frnt seats which i have since been given a kick arse quote for.

also hav got myself a new digi SLR and laptop so hav heaps of new photos and progess to upload but only have dial-up at home, but will sort my shit out and up-load them at work asap

and one i took the other night of the engine bay and if you look close you can see the new inter paint job with that POR15 around the outsides...

how much did it cost for the door cards?

got the door cards done pretty cheaps, i got the vynil and pencild the design i wanted up, took it down to this guy in pram at C.C.T, and he stiched it up, he was just gna giv it bak to me but bak he ended up mounting it to the panels that i had made and everything, but yea cost me $100 bucks, he used some sweet padding aswel, came out really nice

what year is it? it looks like the front guards are 'late' model with early style indicators, the rears are 'late' but the amount of camber you have makes it look like you might be running a swing axle?

yea it is a 70 like "HellRaizer" said, those guards im pretty sure arnt early model, they are replacements, but he just welded those early model indicator on to them, OG ones look like ARSE,

so ive just finished off the sub, finally thank fark!

i was just gona glue carpet to the sides of the wheel-wells but thought since ive come this far mite aswel do it right...

i havnt liked the way the "Vdub" logo is mounted since i cut it out so came up with a better idea...

........im gona mount it onto perspex so you cant see how its staying there

when ever i parked te car in the garage it stank of petrol so i replace 3 bits of hoes, these 2 and one under the tank

but yea heres the sub install pretty much complete apart from the Vdub logo

looks abit ttooo clean for the "ratrod" look but like the gloss wheel its kind of a contrast

so at the moe, im workin on the interior. found abit or rust, just need someone with a welder to help us out, ive done pretty much most of the prep so far just want some patches welded in.......

didnt get a before, my bad, but here the floor with a quick coat of primer

gona do a stencil on the floor, should look sweet once its paint with POR15

ripped the stuff of the centre consol but there so much glue under it, have since brght a heavy duty angle grider wire bush bit works so much better than drill bit wire brush

this is the worst of it, there a hand full of 10cent size hole in the floor and the heater channels are pretty bad, but its all easy to get to and shldnt bo to hard to weld up

these are the newest photos, but have since sprayed the roof rack rails gloss black, match them in with the wheels

Had to have the arse raised coz a cop said shed gice me a pinky if she saw me driving it arnd as it was again, was well sluted but doesnt look ttoooo bad in person, but coz ive seen it when it was slamed looks well high now

My fav bit is the gear stick and rusty spanner tied to the indicator stalk!

that gear stickers gone, cops were gona give me a picky if i didnt take that off and get the arse raised was well pist about that, hated it tht first, looked so much higher but, not too bad now i guess, airbag will fix all

inters coming along, fully striped down with a wire brushed drill head back to pretty much bare metal and just need to fill a couple of rust holes and do sumthng with the heater channels, came up with a sweet idea to stencil a logo (probly "hoodrides") onto the floor as it ant runnig carpet, RATROD haha but well cold

Oright So final sorted some pics, only one of the car at the moe, but will get some new ones up asap.

Cars Looks phat at the moe, painted the wheel gloss black (in an attempt to dull the car down as ive been getting pulled up by the boys in blue alot) but im pretty stoked with the look anyway, and isnt really that dull

Also found a sun visor which looks so kewl (she looks well mean now) thanks to Lane in HappyValley, and for the frnt end work aswel. Have also put my sound systerm in, made new door cards and a kustom bonet install for the sub and amp

In a Moment of sheer madness i decided to re-spray the floor is just prima at the moe, and takin to a few 20cent size rust hole with some bog, when i get some time ill finish prep and spray it gloss black,

heading back to lane's some time hopefully this week to sort out the master cylinder, after all day of bleeding and adjusting pads, decided that that can only be the problem, fingers crossed anyway

so yea thats where im at, as i said ill get some new pics with all the new stuff on it
