I did the certificate of motorsport at MIT. I found it to be an okay course, but the tutors to be less competent as mechanics than you would expect. Also for the money that you pay, you are probably better off getting an apprenticeship of some description and learn the same shit while earning.

If I remember right from tech, camber within reason doesn't always mean excessive tire wear. I thought it was more the toe settings that are the problem with tires scrubbing out on cars with cambered wheels?

Another alternative to a commy V6 is the Chevy V6. There small as F##K and have more power. Also if there like mine they have a 4 barrel holley so no injection to worry about. I have one in my shed with a W57 box behind it that im dieing to transplant into anything. Its from a 2001 Chevy Blazer and is 4.3 liters. Basically a 350 chev minus 2 cylinders.

Why would you build a car that ugly kinda way. Mod it in a fashion that falcons of that era aren't done in. Low wide less is more etc etc. Ie no ford decals, positive offset roh mags and oval big bores haha.
