im 17 and i drive responsibly i think that blanket things like no people under 18 can drive after ten.. most of these cunts are on their restricted driving people doing skids etc etc and cops often do nothing. or let them off with the lightest fine possible. I think rather than doing the under 18 thing i think some sort of maturity test or something would be more apropriate. because there can be a mature safe 17 yo and a dangerous risk taking driver at 21.
