Rinkya have hellishly large commission charges on car parts and rims, just so you know. And all conversions are done from JPY -> USD (using the current Rinkya website rate) then -> NZD.

a complete set of rims can be had for as little as JPY500 reserve if you spend the time searching. The set of SSR mesh rims I bought for my coupe (similar to the ones you posted, but 4 stud) cost me JPY10000 buynow.

A friend and I are currently working on setting up a way to get items shipped from Japan easily, so watch this space. Been kicking the idea around for awhile now.

Mine were the same deal, different lips front and rear, owing to the different rim widths. most oldschool RWD offset rims are sold as staggered sets.
