Yea that was the other option, but how much do they charge my mate in taupo charges me by the hour to do them and takes him less than an hour so around $50. but no time for that, would be nice to find a place that will just charge you how long it takes instead of bullshit prices $100+
-
jesus where did the rear come theres a million easy options for that and its leaf sprung so its fine as is. front has a 38.? shock but the outside body is over 51mm so I thought the GT4's would piss in, but no. from the trd measurement site there is ep & kp starlet shocks and some kind of ae shocks that fit and are short but they dont tie to exact models. Need some GC who has a decent catalog as all the net ones lack measurements
-
Yea as above has happened, would never do it on my, car mate got a billet one made up for $400 well worth the investment
-
yup I think most will be going solo in there cars
-
I thinks im gay and might get an MR2, and I seen my sister in the shower and it was cool! cos she has nice tits and is shaven

na not doubting your ability etc just asking I've wrecked a 1ggte version one of these and a few 1gfe ones (old and new x-member) didnt seem that big of a deal. but yea no idea about the older gen 1ggtes
-
of course theres mounts that work you just have to sort out what year your cross member is (early/late) as they changed to the newer style mount around 90? I mean they had a 1ggte factory option.
-
yea I'd be keen to help if I was down your ways. Anyway why did you need mounts made up mark II's came with that engine as an option
-
yea give it crack your self its so simple. Why did you need mounts made up?
-
think the sumps sweet now? Cant wait till the end of the week see how some of the fab work comes out
-
its in like 3 weeks

yea the one I mentioned earlier was 16cfm was told ages ago I want at least 12cfm. What psi is is the standard for measuring cfm? some state at what psi some dont
-
im in the market for a compressor as well most of the biggest single phase jobs are 3hp 50-60l (for a reasonable price that is). Can anyone do a trade or discount one on here?
-
yea well guy wants me to ship it and its not worth packing it up for $200 bucks. Id say you should take the head off and do the head gasket straight away + get the head tested for soft spots etc. Just because I don't know the history and these things are chronic for it
-
I think it just takes away some of the reliability it has. has it got a manual box behind it? If your keen for $200 you can have my 7mge? all bolt ons + auto ecu etc, its worth it just for spare alternator etc just dont know if it has a BHG
-
7mge is not worth the hassle imo, one of the worst engines in the range, bhg and rod knock problems from allot of the cressida guys in that forum. I'd rather hit a nice running 4m any day or even a 5mge. But anyways mean cressy boe!

um yea bro will pm you was I don't think they like to advertise it cuts bnt out of the loop
-
yep super tough cars! was sad to see the 4 door up on balloon rubber
-
yea as above, don't know about your kind of car in particular but when people change pads they often don't put the anti-squeal shims back in
-
seriously dude the frodos? or whatever thay sell at super cheap are fucking good pads check around on the net and you wont hear much bad things. BNT in hams just send there pads off to another firm to do mintex so come for a yarn and we can go direct to them for cheaper.

yea good to see the quads in an airbox beats sucking warm air in the engine bay. very nice starlet

shit yea 2.5" isway over the top. sequential injection has benifits but isnt a major issue under high revs. Most manufacturers used batch for years/still now
