    Thanks guys! I'm not a huge fan of the title tbh. Me and Richy had many a lol thinking it would also be come on ihreen.

    But regardless, its pretty choice.

    I had a hell of a time loling, writing that thanks tbh. Geoff the pom is blakes dog, Geoff the Pomeranian by the way. Love how all of the UK would all be going "AHH WELL OL CHOP, GREAAAT THAT A UNGLISHMAN HELPED BEELD IT"

    Ever since I was a pimply faced, 18 year old, screech, I've had a dream of getting a bmw into what is the worlds biggest bmw mag, Performance BMW UK.
    Fast forward through about 5 or 6 bmws later, and I flicked my build thread through to the mag, not expecting much. I almost shat myself with excitement when I got quite an enthused reply from the editor.
     

    The main problem she was worried with, was, who would do the photos? I excitingly replied, as I had just the guy.

    In steps our favourite krump dancing, banana spinning, camera snapping gentleman, Richy.

     

    On the day of the shoot, Richy boots me out of bed to get that golden shower of light out in Pohangina, and after some hatchback carting for the rolling shots by Waggy tail times, and some skids from Cam, we were complete. Thanks Richy, me ol' pal.
     

    Boy oh boy it took some time for the magazines to finally get here, but I tied my hands behind my back and resisted from downloading a copy, so that for the first time, I could turn the pages just like I imagined as a little shitbag.

    hey guyz,

    am running my engine on a high zinc 20w50 "oil pro"/pennzoil that my engine builder recommended.

    I feel that the oil may be taking a bit long to warm up/too much pressure g?

     

    When first driving, even with a 2min or so warm up, anything over 1500rpm goes off the scale (100psi+) .

    After 5-10 mins driving at 3500rpm or under the gauge still sits at 90-100psi under load, and drops back to about 20psi at idle.

    Eventually it drops back to about 70-80psi under load, and I suppose then I feel safe to nang it. (I've got a heavily gated and baffled sump etc too)

     

    Worth changing to a 15w40 mineral with high zinc? And if so, recommendations?

    Palmy Monthly Meet - Foxton - 6:15pm Thurs 17th March

    Hey people,

    Thinking of trying something different again for March's meet.

    I know the owner of a choice little fish and chip shop in foxton beach that do amazing burgers.

     

    Leave Palmy at 6:15pm meeting at the Pioneer Highway Z petrol station or for out of towners approx 6:45pm at the Himitangi turnoff

    (Palmy guys we'll go Rangiotu way)

     

    Destination is Seabreeze takeaways -  62 Seabury Ave, Foxton Beach for an approx 7pm arrival
