Steel guards was pretty common in the bush etc which is mainly where proper big rigs were used in Nz before transport was deregulated in the late 70s/early 80s
has gull wing bonnet not a flipper too.

Rego as a w924
that truck is known as the oldest kenworth in New Zealand (that was sold new in Nz)
was rebuilt from a chopped up chassis and cab that’d sat under trees for 20years.
Amazing little rig

They varied through the years. Round quad 7” headlights are both current and older. So it could be old, or brand spankers.
The t9 series look more or less the same from 1990 to present. There was a period of square headlights in the 80s then again in the 90s.... but the joy of Aussie built Kenny’s is you can spec all sorts of different shit or get it customised from factory. Crack up as.
That t900 up there is early-mid 90s id say and I cbf CarJamming it hah

T9 are gang
and yeah cabover can make some combinations work better.
Because we use lots of pull trailers rather than articulated over here there is a huge benefit for running cabovers. Logs are cut to certain lengths so you can often get away with a bonnet and a pull trailer

T659 8x4
specifically designed by a group of logging company owners for Nz only.
Pretty weird looking with the sloped and short bonnet and high sling cab but they are great trucks on logs.
Cabs are tiny! Currently have one in my showroom and people think it’s a miniature lol
I cant get over 8x4 bonneted trucks eh they look so whacko.

Late model thing? I have one that runs but needs a fair few bits inc master cyl brake line and caliper for the front, and a brake rod for the rear among other things. If you just want a motor then I’m your man coz I can strip it rather than fix it if that’s easy for you
