  1. Autolign are able to make up Nolathane engine mounts doing something similar, I think they burn out the old rubber & refill with molten nolathane. We had a set made up for a workmates 4wd & were pretty happy with the results, i'll try remember to ask him what it cost

  2. Been checking on Pick-a-part most weeks to see if anything interesting turns up. Disappointing to see that most the customers have no regard for anyone but themselves, for example almost every vehicle has had the stereo removed with a claw hammer/prybar, so all the center consoles & radio surrounds are smashed up. Even closing the doors & boots afterward to preserve the seats/interiors seems too hard for most.

Only things I noticed today were a GT Starlet with a full set of King Springs sitting in the boot & another AE101 Levin with complete 20V 4AGE, still had the quad throttles on it.

  3. My grandfather had one of these in the early 90's, a real minter, but got sick of constant electrical issues with it, the door looms especially were forever breaking wires. Think back then he sold it for something silly like 6 or 7K. Think it's over on the West Coast now.

He reckoned that there were only 2 on the road in CHCH at that time. I'll try dig up some old photos & scan them.

  4. I must be living in the past. I buy & sell a lot of wheels, and would never consider paying anymore than $100-$150 per wheel for anything less than 7" wide, especially with a offset that high.

I would have said $400 - $600, tyres are irrelevant, that's a odd size, most people would need to change to suit their particular vehicle.
