as for a tractor alt boltin straight in, do you know what sort of tractor, and the model of the tractor, i very much doubt all tractor alts will bolt straight in. It would prob cost more to buy a tractor alt as well

2 tractor alts??? thats gettin a bit extreme, if i were you, find a normal alt,50-70amps. and buy a good battery, (as alfa mentions), i doubt your drawin huge power, whats sorta amps are they?

aternaters (in general) will generate MORE amps/power at a lower Rpm than a gerator,

alternators better, if your can, look around, and other cars alternators, and mount like a 4x4 alternator in there, otherwise go for a stock one if its easyier.

most people, like i once was, think that sounds from back being, if u like even, with front is good, like sound in all directions,

i garrente, you sit in a car with good fronts, not rears, and you won't need rears, you won't hear them

if you sat in a car with good fronts, for say 10 mintures, then faded it to mainly rear sound, you will think, ew yuk, rear speakers are a waste

rear speakers are only good for passengers, and if your do have them, have them turned down so YOU can't hear them,

for my, i have good fronts, and the rears turned of, rears only come on when i have passengers, and my fronts are that good your can't hear the rears. unless your in the backseat, then it makes a difference

Lookin at want you want to buy, im guessin you'll have a bout $300 for fronts, which will buy you a good pair of componats that would shit over buyin 2-3 pairs of poor'er quailty speakers

as for the F and F set, for $50, don't think you can go wrong, won't be the best bass, but it will be sweet if your not to fussed

if its a tray, make a new one, out of wood, and carpet it, so its looks orginal, thats what i did in my gf's car

be just as easy to get a 308 and drop that in, yella terra head and some good porting and a good hollie will go fairly nuts, not sure what horses will be hapning though..

a rochester carb will be better on a 308 than a hollie :D, thats what they where designed for, but lets not get into that stuff
