  1. Made use of a couple of spare hours today - engine out, sump & oil pump off. Presuming its seized on the rings as theres no evidence of anything drastically wrong.
  2. Once the engine is out, I want to make the most of the front end being off, and rust-treat the front half of the chassis - What do people recommend? in terms of primer and paint?
  3. Further engine stripping today, still doesn't turn. Next job is pull the engine out, sump off and see what's siezed.
  4. Took the plunge and ordered a full set of superpro bushes, also sourced replacement front seats and a new engine/box. Enough to be going at for now..
  5. Does anyone know of alternatives to Superpro for bushes before I spend way more cash than planned?
  6. Another day stripping the crown - got the head off and it still wont turn over
  7. Decent progress stripping the front end - needs inner and outer wings if anyone has any.
  8. @sheepers - the badge is on the fuel cap - strangely there are no other badges on the rear, just the 330 badge. Can anyone advise on what badge should be there (and has anyone got one for sale In terms of brakes, ive not stripped them yet but I'm presuming they will need full rebuild kits all round due to the time its sat.
  9. Does anybody know what this 330 badge relates to on the bootlid? Unsure if this is original or not..
  10. Very clean in the floors apart from the rear arches which is a massive surprise and bonus - offset by a seized engine and no brakes
  11. Does anyone have any contacts for brake parts? Its seemingly got no brakes at all, and having been sat so long it would be reassuring to replace everything if they're available on the shelf.
  12. Discussion thread for my MS75. Does anyone know what these front seats are from? Looks like they've been added at a later date.
  13. Recently collected my latest project... A 1972 Toyota Crown MS75 Custom Coupe. One of just a few known to exist in the UK. Previous owner had it since 1979, sat since 1990. Aiming to make it useable, then make it mint at a later date. If anyone has contacts for parts it would be appreciated.
