Really taking shape now - the bumper, grille & bonnet chrome are only mock fitted, next jobs are to finalise them, along with welding to the drivers side wing & a pillar.

Been a while since I've updated this one, a mixture of the R34 stagea build, moving house & uninteresting progress, but finally something worth sharing - finally got the whole shell bare metalled and into primer.

Todays delivery from @sheepers The crowns been neglected while I've built an R34 Stagea, but I should be back on the crown soon.

More paint stripping - the bonnet is like new which is a win. Almost looks like its starting to take shape.

Found this repair today - half of a rear quarter. What would you guys recommend doing with this? Nothing? Cut out the join to do a proper butt welded join? The chances of finding a full panel are zero id imagine. -
Had a break from the back panel this weekend - boot lid and rear quarter took back to bare metal, surprisingly good condition apart from some holes from the spoiler, and previous repairs.

Boot floor, light cluster and fuel filler turret just about finished off. Slow progress with it being made up of fairly complex shapes.

Made a start cutting the rust out of the back panel, ended up with some dramatic holes, but made a decent start on the drivers side.
