I stopped reading as soon as I got to 'water blaster'.
I've done many many paint repairs for people where the conversation starts "it was filthy so thought I'd give it a quick go over with the water blaster"
It all turned to shit for them pretty quickly after that.
Made me plenty of $ tho'.

Rebuilding a '75 Suzuki TC125 that I'm wanting to get legal when finished.
Never been in system so wondering if I'll have to go through the whole rigmarole as I've done couple times with newer road bikes.
NZTA site isn't a lot of help, so anyone have any clues?

Watched both, and so far not impressed.
There have been a few (very few) moments where I did laugh but it's just not 'entertaining'.
I put it down to the age old problem of Americans trying to do English TV.
They make some ok TV themselves but they lose so much when "transferring" English programs to american.
I've seen interviews where Willman says they have 'free reign' to make the programs, but come on, you can't tell me that after spending tens of millions on a three year deal amazon prime isn't going to say what can and can not be made.

Keen for swapsies? Teach me how to paint my car and I will teach you how to make bird poo welds and crooked cuts with an angle grinder?
Done deal.
Always wanted to teach someone how to get runs, blotches, fade, fish eyes and pinholes.

I'll ask the potentially annoying question , rough idea of a price to paint a tank and side covers headlight surround, tank would need stripping (brake fluid spilt over it)
All good man.
Around the $400 mark (dependent on colour & design, but that's my kinda standard 'bike bits' price)
That phantom mica weighs in at $1600 per litre, so it's a kinda "how long is a piece of string" question lol

(maybe not right place to post but oh well)
Just finished these for a customers Cafe racer.
Candy green tank with phantom colour change stripes.
Also painted side covers in phantom as well.
The Phantom mica is a bitch to photograph but i tried. The two covers are the same colour but different angles. Couldn't get the 'shift' on the tank stripes tho', pfffft..
First pic' is how i got them.

So i built this thing 2012 - 2013 and sold it to a chick in Hokitika Feb' 2013.
She sold it to a guy from Welly couple weeks ago, he rode it from Hokitika via Arthurs Pass, Christchurch, Kaikoura, Blenheim, Peloris Sound and Picton.
He decided it could do with a tidy up and tank re-paint (Person i sold it to dropped it and did a dodgy repair and even dodgier paint) so he rode it up this morning.
When sold,

Went out to chat to OS member 'Frosty' today about rims and spokes for the project (and all sorts of other general sh*t).
ANNNNNNNNNNNNNNND i returned home with these...............bad ass......Exactly what i needed.
Even more awesome was the fact he insisted i take them home, even tho' i said i wasn't in a position to pay for them right now.
Frosty goes to the top of my "GCs" list.

Local mp offices often have jp's in them.
Also most libraries, council offices and courts.

Depends on how you look at things man,to be honest. Don't mean to come off as a cunt, but I take pride in my work and have been doing it since you were most likely still shitting yellow. Sorry if I offended you.
Would take more than that to offend me.
I'll just go back to my low ridin' pants, backwards cap and aerosol paint.

97 starlet, 4E-FE auto' 170,000 k's.
Ok, so decided to get this back roadworthy but have a small issue.
Battery was flat so removed and charged, now it starts fine but will not idle.
Will run fine just above idle and up.
Have also noticed a lot of moisture coming out of exhaust but may put that down to the car not being used for many months.
All suggestions appreciated.
