Ive all ways wanted to come to one of these, I may roll around in my old Mirage

That sucks man, I sometimes see this driving around, will keep a look out.

There is a road you take between Rotorua and Murapara that is really straight, instrad of going right into Rotorua you make a left turn for Murapara? There is also Murphys Road out south auckland way, and the road heading out to Maraetai  then there are also the roads in Mangere out near Ambury farm, I endeedd up putting my Mirage into a ditch over there the other day, over where the sewerage ponds are.

I wouldent be suprised, as stolen cars have ended up at their numerous yards before.

As some of you have said it's easyier going to Zebra nowdayz, to avoid PICK-A-PARTS draconian bullshit.

Also with Pick a part, ya just cant haggle with them ae.

Thought I had to start one like this.

Anyway me first.

Went to Pick a part in Mangere like 4 years ago, I was pulling parts off a Toyota Starlet, I had myself placed so I could get under the dashboard when the car came toppling down off those dodgy old wheel rim thingys that they have the cars sitting on. The front end came slamming down first then the rear of the car slid forward off the rear stand.

I didn't get hurt too much luckly but I had hit my head. My feet were dangling out the door too. It gave me a fright, and I threw in the towel on trying to take out what I needed. I went over to tell the staff on my way out. They were sorry and refunded my $2 entry fee lol, but didn't really seem to care.

Cars you own: 1981 Mitsubishi Mirage Panther, 1993 Honda Accord CB3 and a 2001 Toyota Vitz RS (The last two aren't oldschool but I added them anyway)

Mods to them: Have restored the interior if the Mirage, and added original extras to it, like a new centre console, wheel trims etc etc

How did you find out about oldschool: Found it online ages ago.
