You had me at pies Alex, I’m sure I’ll blend in with all the other lap traffic in my boring daily…..

I haven’t an old steed on the road currently but will be keen to see somewhere that isn’t home or the workshop I’m currently calling home

Funny you mention an English car Alex as there's a silly cheap trumpy for sale here in Nelson I feel a strong urge to acquire but bank account says no..... Unless you want to take a blacktop 4age off my hands for your viva.. Much betterer than some Ford thingy I see on your build and already comes fitted with itbs... But I'm definitely working towards acquiring another os whip in the near future somehow

I'm in chch the weekend of the 17th and haven't acquired another os car as yet so that's me out this time round, but I'd be keen to either tag along with someone if we do bowls or do what I did last time and bring the non os wagon and just park out of the way and hang my head in shame....
-
Ahhh ye Olde castle, did you throw rocks at my relatives while you were there? Had I known you were going I would have requested it... Fuck I'm envious of your monumental road trip, and not to forget the mighty steed getting you from location to location
-
Is/was a super tidy example too, shame really but I guess some mothers do have em right

Have to you passed through nelson yet? I'll keep an eye out for the aston, if you see a mad courier van with the driver hanging out the window giving the signal it's likely to be me
-
I inadvertently did the forgotten highway once, had no idea where the fuck I was and next to no fuel thanks to the wife, awesome road/gravel pit to drive though looking forward to seeing pics of an Aston Martin out in the wild, I condone your willingness to travel anywhere/everywhere in this

Tell me more about these cars please! I imagine Tony will know of them too?
Give me a pm or a text, I think you've got my number, I shall spill all the beans, then when you buy one I can sell you a 4age and you can have the best of both worlds, lush fiat and maximum Toyota doort noises

Did you buy this in nelson? The shed looks very familiar, if I am correct is it a sons collection stored St his old man's place? We're they all for sale or were you able to talk him into selling one?
-
I can confirm it is actually an ej and no it isn't that particular white wagon, but none the less I feel a thread is in order(says the guy who doesn't actually have an os car at the moment)

i saw a yellow mk2 triumph at the gassie today with modgies, didn't acquire a pic but i'm sure it'll make alex feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside
-
I can't even begin to fathom what goes through people's minds when they try to steal such an obvious car, I mean surely it's not as easy as steal one day sell for parts the next on Facebook without anyone being any the wiser or is that just flatpeaker mentality? Glad to hear they didn't get away with it but sucks about the damage caused in the process, least you seem to have a good insurance company which is a help

God I wish I'd never sold my 25, I saw a genuine sprinter with that front on it once in Nelson, never again though, I'll be keeping a keen eye on this, looks like it'll be good when it's finished

Can say I'm well interested in more lawn bowling activities due to such an awesome day on the green, thanks Alex and other organizers for an epic day of bowls and shit/epic ball related yarns also to the pohara bowling club for being extremely accommodating of us, almost felt like I'd met them all before and no awkwardness at all, maybe in the future I'll have another os whip to up my street cred instead of the daily family wagon.....

Put me down as a yes, I'll be in the wife's non os daily but can't turn down the opportunity of lawn bowls haha, may also hav my brother with me too, can you confirm what time we meet at wow too?

Cock, forgot to mention I used Jeff's... If I also remember rightly they have something to do with the car distribution group so are comparably priced
-
I found them to all be mostly the same pricing, unless of course you know someone that is in charge transport and has a space, I got a commodore down from taupo to Nelson recently and it was around 700 bucks, if it's drivable it might even possibly be cheaper to fly someone down to drive it back?
-
Will I be shunned if I show up in a non os corolla wagon? I'm currently lacking in the ownership of an old whip but have never played lawn bowls before and the prospect of it intrigues me..

So much pine...... I've always wanted one of these but never managed to procure one, would I be a cunt if I said the only thing that bothers me is the visible wheel weights? Otherwise it is a fine looking automobile, racks and all
Rotary piner thread.

That’s the closest to an interior shot i got as I was on a timeframe, 100% genuine and super cool, it’s at that American diner/museum in kaikoura, the name escapes me at current but well worth a gander
