I have seen another thread about casting an ali head but this just goes up another level with iron to make it that bit harder. Great work and good to see it being done in NZ. Thank you for sharing.

Well at the moment theres too much stuff to be looking at and being interesting so Im off on tangents in all direction for hint, tips and stuff that I hadnt any idea about - so once I settle down I'll worry about it then and start to book mark stuff. I see one about trumpet lengths and toyota motors in projects so will keep following that for now.

Just to confirm though - the head side of the itb is 45mm and the inlet side is 50mm, so a taper of 5mm across the itb (based on the dxf)?

Thanks Rookie, Brad, that works perfectly. I did a search before signing up and couldnt see it (should have remember to do one after).

Is there any special requirement for the search function (or is it just me - normally is about 90%) as I put in 20v ITB in forums and there is no result? I can see the recent threads with the text in. Putting it in quotes works a little, but it seems to miss a lot. Think I just have a lot more reading to do.

Greetings all, I was just wondering as Im stuck out of the country at the moment and unable to get my hands on (or find on great google) a silver top quad throttle body. If someone here knows the dimensions of the bolt spacing and size on the trumpet side and would be able to provide them for my playing around in cad, I would be grateful .
