@125T Car32 mate reckons he’ll just bang it on TM.
what’d you pay for Adooms one? -
Don’t see them come up often. It’d be worth the shipping imo.

I put later model alloys on my pop up. Bandit 600 wheels lighter and wider than factory.

The only cool gn250 and only cool looking modified one I've ever seen (not mine) https://www.trademe.co.nz/a/motors/motorbikes/motorbikes/dual-purpose/suzuki/listing/4089760128
Glad I’m not the only one that thinks that

I’ve never ridden a CT so would have any real knowledge but somehow doubt it. I think the gearbox is flipped now to so all down.

The Skoda PHEV at work apparently only gets 40kph before you’re back to petrol. Useless imo.

I drove our Leaf (2020) from Dn to QT last year. It was like $50 at the fast charges for the entire trip. The Mrs done Dn to Chch at a similar cost.
No issue with battery over heating. The down side is stopping for 20min + to charge but it was a good opportunity for a leg stretch.I personally would do longer distance in a lead again. Pain in the ass. I think that why there’s so many Tesla in Auckland, the massive distance advantage on Leaf.
For around town the leaf has saved a massive amount on fuel.
edit: the government rebate was enough to get a proper charger installed at home too.

I’m considering buying a new CT for daily duties and the odd scooter run.
I know it’s not in the old school spirit but rebuilding a rooted one wouldn’t be worth the effort for me haha.
NZ post actually brought a bunch of scoots back after they’d been de regd and sold at turners rebuilt by new owners and re regd. Could be a new business venture?- 2

To be fair that’s all they are worth unless building something custom.
