What if i was after better ratios? i have a t5 off the back of a windsor for better ratios but input and tail shafts are different lengths

Yeah i bought it in that condition then wrote off the car it was in and im trying to decide whether to rebuild the old box or upgrade etc while finding something that will be suitable. and current condition is as above

Crunches post gears and i think it was 2nd and 4th? that used to constantly whine as well.

I have a 88 toyota hilux that im dropping a 3.8 supercharged v6 holden motor in to. Problem is that the supercharger is over-driven and is running 11psi instead of standard 8psi. Therefore the standard T5 gearbox on the back of it crapped itself. What would be able to handle the torque?
