Takin the diff of an ex to do a fluid change. i want to take it apart to see what condition. iv undone the nuts on the housing and the one on the pinion shaft. it starts to lift off but then gets caught. i imagine the axels need to be removed to free the gears up? i gave it a go but ill need a press of some sort to get them off is thea any one that could point me in the right direction?
