yup, shes got a 1500 pre cross at the mo. plan to put the 1500 in the anglia if this all works out

So Im about to get a 1600 711m crossflow engine to go into my mk1 in the next month or so. Ive been told this is a pretty straight forward conversion but there are a couple of things that would seem like a problem to me. Firstly, Ive been told that the 711m is a little longer than the precross 1500 kent so therefore some modification to the radiator mount/support is needed? -Will the 711m bolt straight onto the standard 4sp column shift box? -Will i need to change the exhaust to the otherside because Im pretty sure crossflow exhausts are on the drivers side? -Do I need to modify the throttle body to suit the Mk1? I'd really appreciate it if anyone who's done this before can shed some light Churr
