I had these wheels in mind when i drew it, lol

Have a lead on a 1960's Dolmar logging chainsaw, 125cc! (hasn't run in 25 years though), put a Stihl donk in there as an example, just a rough idea
-
I have a dream!
-
Thinking big chainsaw engine, my grandad has a Dolmar 125cc logging saw from the 60s, but 125 would put me in the open class correct?
-
Also, not related, but highly tempted to build a velo racer.
-
Hmm, tempting, but I already have velocity stacks for a silvertop, How many kms has the AE111 done? any differences being auto? All sensors on the motor, etc still the same eh?
-
Don't know, and don't know, lol
-
Could be the go, I'm after better window trims, and what not (clippy things and shit), among other things. Also anyone got (or point me in the right dirction of) a Silvertop 20v for sale, want one thats done under 150,000 with loom.
-
This is the look I'm aiming for
-
To VG, I'll do the bumpers satin black, but i reckon i'll take the skirts off they detract from the fine lines of the wee machine.
And in regard to spending 20k on a 10,000rpm motor,
lol
-
Here's the drivers throne i bought a little while back,
These things are like $1500 new!? Glad I only payed 1/3 of that
-
I'll probably keep it, but if i decide to get rid of it i'll hit you up,
-
Fuck me sideways!, you have a cool car, VG
and yes, quality cat FTW
-
Yeah, but COPs will be way tidier,
But, this noise from the Silvertop,
and yeah, silvertop is going to happen, got bits for it already, no engine though,
-
No spring cutting Sean, lol
-
I dare say it will get cams, I was going to rebuild the 16valve with cams, etc etc. Then figured it would be cheaper to go the 20valve way. Then decided to do it properly, ie; no dizzy out back of the head, rwd waterline setup etc, etc, started buying shit, realised it will not be cheaper. lol FML, not to mention the link.
-
Yeah I'm a 16 valve guy by default, but this will be a happening thing, and it will be fucking kewl.
Fuck it, she'll be coming out next meet, no warrant or reg and all.
-
Yeah, she was for sale in Hastings, it was a good road trip to get her with the old man, too.
The colours not too bad i guess, it'll be going white one day though.
Want a silvertop cause they've got beefier rods than a blacktop, and I'll be wanting the limiter on the merrier side of 8000
-
Cause shes all wrapped up in tarpaulins!
Might dust her off for the next monthly Palmy catch up though

Here's a link to the discussion forum, durrr I'm new to this.

Hi all, - Discussion here: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=34793
Met some of the Manawatu crew at the Noodles and Dumplings catch up.
Anyway, heres my 1984 AE86 Corolla GT (NZ new)
As she stands:
Engine: Big port 4AGE with twin choke Dellorto DHLA40 carburettors, running coil and modified 4k distributor, and massively oversized extractors (from the cars previous powerplant)
Chassis/Body: Shitarse blue paintjob complete with runs (painted with roller? ), Lowered somewhat, with Bilstein shocks, front strut brace, rear strutbrace (welded in pipe, not as whory as it sounds), 13 inch Superlighty things, with Toyo Proxes, OMP race wheel (complete with factory no power steering, or ac for that matter), some rust.
Drivetrain: T50 (rebuilt 6000kms ago) with straight cut 1st and 2nd (sounds so cool), and TRD 2way LSD.
Plans:
20V silvertop 4AGE, with link ECU, coil on plugs, and ITBs with 40mm velocity stacks, new rear hatch, panel and paint when i can afford it. Upgraded pilot's seat, New wheels.
Anywho, I'll be drip feeding updates in, as I'm not working on it atm, (and I have more goodies for it now than I'm letting on, hehehe)
Here's a couple more pics to keep ye all amused.
Co-pilot sitting in front there.
Here's Co-pilot number two,
