Hey Matt, Have you thought about having a new one made from the parts you have, Melbar Cables down here in Wellington do it, but I'm sure you could find someone up your way too?

A block of wood and a small hammer, tap it lightly from under the gutter inside the door opening towards the outside,work along the length of it slowly or you will bend it.
