If you want to lay a complaint about Waynes authority getting removed, PLEASE ring NZTA 0 4 894 5400 and ask to speak to Alex Sims! He is the manager there! And speak up!!!! We need all the help we can get!!! If you have had ½ your cert done – such as recheck or a chassis inspection. Ring LVVTA in Wellington 04 238 4343 and ask what procedure you have to do now, what happens when you have already paid for the inspection and expect it to follow through! Tell them you only want WAYNE! Stand up and speak out!

Waynes authority as a certifier will be removed friday 7th sep for unfit reasons. 9am Sunday 16th September at 11 Waller Terrace there will be a PETITION and a FUNDRAISER for my dad against LTSA. We need to raise as MUCH as we can to raise the court/lawyer fees. As well as writing statements and/or signing a petition. PLEASE SHARE THIS STATUS AND GET THE WORD OUT!!!!! This will be an all day event!! Every signature and l/or donation counts!!! Wayne has been certifying and advising Christchurch local car enthusiasts for ages, for unfair and very poor reasons LTSA have removed Wayne of his certifying authority. All support would be awesome, and signing the petition also. Wayne is a top bloke, and is always keen to advise anyone what to do / what there car needs - he is a straight up honest awesome guy. Just done full rebuild on my 4k engine, got it running. But, what is the mount called that bolts onto the block of a 4k and up to gearbox? Also does anyone know the size or thread of the bolts which go into the block? This is the only important thing left for my car to be done! Is the mount even practical / worth having? Cheers

Still looking for colour ideas, still keen to roll with old school black and grey. Just sorting out the wiring and the re-charge system so I can get it running mint. Will be awesome to get it out over summer.

Almost finished the rebuild and fixing of the wiring, got the new waterpump just got to set that up now. Looking forward to getting back in the drivers seat! Been 6 months off the road now so time shes back reg'ed and wof'ed

Pre facelift grill and 2500 steering wheel arrived from Snoozin (Richard) this week,just got to install them now. Locks were sent away this week also, to get new keys and will be ordering the exedy clutch in the weeks to come. Got some paint from ProZac to some will get that other side touched up in the weeks to come. Will get some pics of the new grill, steering wheel and touch up work!

I got a mint shiny chrome back bumper for it, thanks anyways haha. Just got to suss out the mounts looks like some bogans tried to do the cliche no bumper boy racer Christchurch look, easy enough to fix.

ahh yes that makes perfect sense. also im 98.4% sure i actually need a battery to excite the system to begine with? just like a real car, becausei have an alternator and not a DC generator? either way, its runing and staring great so im not gonna mess with that side of things haah
