damz721 Posted June 15, 2013 Share Posted June 15, 2013 Purchased this bad boy the other day, super stoked with it 12a turbo freshly rebuilt running 5 psi factory boost LSD 5 speed Recently been painted creamy white Will upload some better pics soon I am in a delima ATM with wheels I have to put on possibly Ssr mk2 13x6.5/7s Performance mini lites 14x6 And these 15s came with the car Or just leave it standard ? damz721 Posted June 16, 2013 Author Share Posted June 16, 2013 Today I replaced the alt belt and the power steer one as they were pretty rooted, also put on the 15s they suit it nicely I reckon 15x8s +20 brand new 195/50/15s brand new Was driving from Nelson to blenheim today and was just about in havelock and for some reason the accelerator cable jammed on something and I was going about 115ks and the car started to red line and I panicked and tried to brake but the car kept on wanting to speed up so I turned off the ignition and braked into side of road, was very lucky because it was pouring rain and I was on a straight and not a corner, popped the hood and un jammed it and was on my way again couple of cable ties for a temp fix until I got home, very releaved! damz721 Posted June 17, 2013 Author Share Posted June 17, 2013 Engine bay pics Dyno Tuned at RE Sinclair, Factory Boost 5.5 psi Microtech LT10s ECU with X4 Ignitor, FC Coil Packs and Heavy Duty Leads (Updates and replaces old dizzy system) Sweet runner, Starts First pop hot or cold with no smoke whatsoever Averages 10l /100km open road and 12l /100km around town And this is the engine tag can anyone help with regarding the motor/shell etc Also me needs to lower the front I think and since it looks like I'm having to get a cert would my best bet be adjusties?
