Guest crispy'86 Posted July 22, 2008 Share Posted July 22, 2008 Hey all i'm having a sortout of all my bits i've got and came across all my struts i''ve collected. Now i've meaured all the spacings where the steering arm bolts up to the bottom of the strut. I know most of the ga6#, gx6# struts and carina aa6# have 90mm spacing between the bolts (measured centre to centre), but how do i tell what shock is what. The majority of them have brakes so it's not too bad to tell just a quick measure up of diameter of them, but what cars have vented discs, what have solid discs etc?
