And by the large amount of people defecting from the soviet union to western countries what conclusions were people supposed to draw? That it was a bright, happy place to live? Very few people were defecting to the soviet union from the west man.

haha mate i know what your talking about try living witha 50 year old russian woman aparently russia is more developed than new zealand and we live in "projects" also the russian healthcare system is far better than new zealand. I say tred carefully russian's are very patriotic. Then I have my partner who ived in russia untill 6 then moved here. She says it was a dump living in apartment on fold out beds and that's how most people live out of moscow I did not believe her untill he showed me pictures. Although the statues from her home town volgograd are absolutely awesome . I also love how russians believe in their heart that their armys and training is far better than americas. So in saying all of this i probaly wouldnt bother argueing "facts" with a person from an ex ussr country as youll always be wrong i know this for a fact.

:L too much work for disks yeah i got under it last nigh and put it down as low as it could go but with reset leaves and 2" lowering blocks it cant go as low as it should but you can adjust t he actual valve height aswelll so ill move that up and see how that goes.

it does seem more like the porportioning valve as its been lowered so im guessing it thinks theres a heavy load on the back and it needs to work twice as hard.

as i said before its defiently not adjustment it was origionally about 4-5 clicks then i tryed every click right up to the point where it was about 10-12 still nothing.

my mk1 are bored saves you the fuck around when you lose one just go to supercheap auto :L

also i bled the brakes as they brake fluid looked oilly if that makes sense hahaha 

yeah na not adjustments i adjusted them and still the same just the locking happens a tiny bit more down the pedal. checked the shoes today and they were mint maybe i should blast the brake assembly with some brake cleaner?

yah but would it be a simple adjustment or could it be fucked all together?

what can i do about the proportion valve.?

checked the shoes and cylinders today  and no its not the tyres and brake combo ive had bald tyres before and nothing like this its like as soon as they go past a certain point its a automatic lock up

my brakes are very touchy in my hilux to the point where if i pushed down slightly too hard the wheels will lock up . what could this be any help is appreciated. bit of info. its a 1988 2wd drum brakes rear disks front.

just wondering if a 4y would bolt onto 3y engine mounts into my hilux as sta parts sell crate engines with 0 kms on them which is cheaper than a rebuild. any info greatly apprechiated.
