@frogwhitt I'm looking to do the same conversion, sohc 4g63T into mirage with supershift box, what did you do with the radiator situation? I was thinking of running an alloy honda radiator, thoughts?
I used the standard mirage radiator but it does get hot so had planned to get a narrow Honda one. Can't be a full width radiator without cutting bits out, it'll hit the turbo.

Used the sigma clutch.
The 5 speed is also hydraulic clutch as opposed to the mirage cable clutch.
Im going to run the Super shift until it blows up then tackle mounting the 5 speed

I've got a mirage with a sigma turbo sohc 4g63 with the Super shift box bolted upto it.
Seems to go alright, I haven't pushed it too hard.
Will be interesting to see how you bring the 5 speeds shifter cables into the cab.

Where did you get the new seal from? I've got a mirage leaking from the same spot.

I kept the super shift gearbox.used sigma flywheel and clutch. All lined up fine.
I don't want to have to change to hydraulic clutch and cable shifter until I have too.
Will be a good test for the four speed to see how long it will last.

I have sigma front hubs. The ball joints are bigger on the sigma so don't bolt to the lower arms. The stub axles are different between the two as well
Might have to look into bigger ball joints.
The sigma discs bolt onto the rear but handbrake cable is different and making brackets for the brake lines I'm unsure on so a bit beyond me.

I have a mk1 mirage with sigma turbo motor in it.
Does anyone know of a bolt in upgrade that will be better than the standard brakes?
I'm not too keen to leave drum brakes in the back or the solid discs up front.
Thanks
