Are there many of the Geminis around. I did a quick search on trademe and could only find a sedan which the guy said I could have the springs out of for $100 bucks.

Just bought a Chevette and want to lower it a bit, not slammed but just to have it sitting better.

I can get a full set of Holden Gemini springs for $100, is it worth it and do they fit? 

I remember reading somewhere that they do.

Elite is starting to sound to be the best way as the nuts on the inside are round. I will drop in to my local mechanic on the way home tomorrow. If he can't, Elite it is. Cheers

That's my main problem. I don't know what you would use. I had hoped someone would know a workshop that could do it cheaper I guess, I just wasn't sure if workshops would have a tool that would work. Maybe chill out because I was just asking, no harm in trying to save some money.

$120 to take out 56 bolts (i've got 8 out already). I'd say it would only take ten minutes with the right tool, I just don't have it haha

Just unbolt but they need an allen key fitting. Any ideas? I tried an allen key obviously but it just rounded its edges

Does anybody know a place in Christchurch where I could get my wheels unbolted? Elite wheels want $30 per wheel just to unbolt them! Cheers
