  3. I’m like 90% sure this is my old piece of shit,

history behind it: was used as our farm hack for ages hence its a bit fucked, and i think the fronts bent? Then i drove it to the ferry and back till it died on me, thought i’d buggered the rings but looks like it was just spark?

I sold an fz with it too so i wonder if thats the engine your mate got.

  4. figure i'd stick this here rather than starting a new thread:

Is it possible to get someones details off a plate alone?

Friend of mine spotted a trailer with some wheels i'd like to try acquire, but only have a plate.

DJ will likely stick around for as long as my current job lasts. Perfect for comuting and the price (free) was just right. Just needs to be reregistered and its away.

Wouldnt mind some 10" Dio/nifty fifty wheels for it rather than the 8" ones it currently wears

ummm swaps? seriously haha. i want max bone on mine so small wheels is tops

/swap whole scooter haha, i've got an af18 dio that goes fucking good after i've done a bit of fiddling to it. High speed variator, dr pulley style rollers, fresh belt, nails it up to speed now and still does 65-70k fairly easily. i think its pushing 80 downhill.

Have nothing but good things to say about firestone too they even got my triumph right ordered in special w shaped shims for the rear toe adjustment drove excellent afterwards they seem to have a good setup at all branches and know their stuff.

firestone are just a shitty chain, depends who you get at each. i've had multiple bad experiences with them over the years. wont go there again.
