Thanks, one more thing to cross off.

I have a car that has had the battery relocated to the boot.
One of the fail points on my cert sheet is that the battery cable needs to be secured avery 300mm.
What kind of clips work best for this and where to buy? I assume others have had to do this.
Cheers.

Have posted this before, whether it will suit your needs is a maybe though. Does say there is a workshop on site to do small jobs.

No, but I've been where you're going.
You're in for some super fun grinding times.

All good.
I have a Libero too.
We can be special 4G93 friends.

I have one if you still need it.
Am on the westside of chch.

Not necessarily north side but Chris (CUL8R) @ Mag and Turbo is a real good person to deal with.

This guy is selling 6 clear ones for $5. If OS doesn't wish to do merch holders I'm just going to buy these:

When going for a cert, is it okay to drive the car there and back (like getting a wof for a car that has no current wof), or is the cert guy expecting it to be trailered?
-
These guys do them for $2 each GST exclusive on a run of 100. At that price OS could add margin and I'd still buy a bunch (although they do look like those xbox huge ones):

Sounds like an oldschool merch opportunity.
I would buy one.

Thanks. It's a HE500VG, was branded as a Scania. So truck-spec.

I use something like that on my PC sim racing rig.
Got any more photos of your rig? Looks like it puts mine to shame.

Royce Clive Engineering in CHCH wouldn't weld up a crack in the spoke of an alloy wheel of mine.
They did give a good reason, was 5 years ago though so I struggle to remember what it was.
Something like that it would transfer the stress to the surrounding spokes, which in time would then crack.

Must of taken ages to arrange that photo.

Does it have a LSD?

I would check the fine print though, I'm insured through Classic Cover where it's agreed value UNLESS the agreed value is above 20% of market value, then they'll only pay out market. Hence I'm required to get a valuation done.
Regardless they're only $70, small price to pay for piece of mind.

Is it possible to cause you more harm than good knocking your head on the roll cage?
That's my position. I wouldn't want to drive a full caged car without a helmet unless the seat had the full wrap around head support. Which would then make it a total pain to drive on the street and possibly illegal as there would be limited to no side visibility.

You could try Rob at Racefab, however he usually has quite a waiting list.

Woops, forgot to leave my feedback. Josh was easy to deal with and his work was fantastic value.
Bad Experiences you have had at the wreckers.

Every time I go to Pick-a-Part, having to wait patiently at the exit while the person in front of me argues with the attendant over the price of parts.
