Just gonna do seat, basic maintenance and a few power mods and just ride

Hi, I am doing up a Nifty Fifty Honda for the Scooter Safari and general use and have mismatched panels and was wondering if anybody knew any reasonably priced painters in CHCH?
-
If you wanna be cool you wanna roll in a mark 2 wag....
-
Use the 1.6 pinto head on the 2.0 Pinto block- ups the compression ratio and is otherwise identical so u get a little extra power

Mark 2 Cortinas would foul the Escort steering rack and crossmember but a Mark 3 Cortinas the same as an Escort sump so you could use a mark 3 one.
Used to have a 1600 crossflow mark 3 and put a coby on and it was a mint exhaust till it was outlawed

I was thankful today for being an AA member when my clutch cable snapped in the Cortina and i lost the clutch
Very good service I had 2 didnt have to wait ages and took 2 mins to load the cars on.
Free towage too.
All in all if ur not an AA member i suggest becoming one u never know when you will need it. I didnt expect my clutch cable to snap after all.

Thanks to the help of TMC, just got this junk running. Removed the baffles and cleared out the exhaust and its going better than it ever has and can now keep up with traffic lol.
New seat, exhaust, air filter battery etc should now see it ready for summer rides
