They pulled the pin of the drags today, due to the track being too damp. The bloke at the gate said the next meet was in three weeks.

if thats the case, it will clash with this cruise. I flagged the drags when the clashed with Akoroa cruise. So this time around, If the weather permits, I'll have to choose the drags.

You need the cert for the wof, but it won't stop a cop rightfully (being able to stand up in court) giving you a ticket.

But the part that shit is even if I make it 95db he will wof it but if a cop decides its to noisey I will need to take it for the $170 test what a money making fuckn racket that is

So basicly any car with an after market exhaust muffler is now illegal & can be ticketed $150

The actual legislation that the infringement notice refers to, is not directed at the actual volume of the exhaust. It is based on the vehicle being driven in a way that the noise can offend. Which can also include your stereo.

The supa centre car park, and it all depends on whether the family want to come or not.

Where to meet: Northwood Supa Centre Car Park

What time: Meet 9.00 Depart 9.30am sharp

What to Bring: Your Datto if possible, (if not, grab a ride!), Togs, Towel, Money for Lunch/Snacks/Pool entry.

This is an all day event, We get back to Christchurch around 6pm usually. There will be a spot prize for most improved datto, judged by consensus but ultimately I will make the final call. Feel free to add prizes and prize classes.

perhaps the idle stop solenoid is poked (if it has one)and you've wound the idle up. Undo it remove the plunger and stick the solenoid back in, reset your mixture/idle and see.

Still sounds lean.

if it's just spitting back, then it normally means it has a lean spot, so either a vacuum leak, or fuel delivery fault (dirty carb).

If it is back firing and flaming through the carb, your firing order may be incorrect.

It certainly sounds like the carb is the issue.
