all stockcars have 2 run carbs in a grade and standard stock classes. the rover would also be a better start for a beginner coz its only single cam, the 1UZ's quad cams may get a little intense. Go da Pushrods!!!

i payd $500 for 2 complete running motors straight out of cars, thats pretty cheap though, u could pay a grand for a minter id say. i ditchd the shitty twin carby set up an went for the single big daddy holley which makes good enough power for me.

i have plenty of experience with da dirty old rover as i run one n my stockcar. they hate running hot, i learnt that the hard way 3 times last season. the other problem i have is lack of oil pressure. try getting a new oil pump from the start but they are quite hard 2 come by.

if u don't want the windscreen an its a rubber fit window u put both feet on windscreen from inside, then push, get a long screw driver an work the leg of the rubber off the body, if its a urethaned window justcut from inside with stanley knife put mild pressure on and u will feel the pressure release as u work ur way around. its a bit of a cunt without the right tools, would do it 4 u if u were in the hbay as im a glazier
