Hi guys.
I've got a 1985 Honda beat with a lead aero 80 motor in it..
I need to weld a bracket back on the muffler it has on it (looks like a 4 stroke muffler) as it broke the other weekend.
The factory aero 80 exhausts are pretty flat to sit inside the fairings. Has anyone built/or is able to build a expansion chamber style exhaust for one? Or know a link to any websites that have them? Most of my searches are only returning factory items..

I've got a nifty50 in parts. Bottom end feels alright... The bore I got spare has massive gouges in it. Not sure if I have a spare piston or not.
Running that on methanol or toluene or something could be fun! Could get ahold of either.

What's the limitations of sizing with the casing?
